Giveaway Rules & Terms

1. Eligibility

  • The OFS Lawn & Garden Fertilizer Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of OFS Lawn & Garden Fertilizers, their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

  • Participants must LIKE the giveaway post, SHARE the post on their timeline, and COMMENT on the post as instructed to qualify for entry.
  • Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person may result in disqualification.
  • Entries must be received before March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST to be considered valid.

3. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced on April 1, 2025, via our official Facebook page.
  • The winner will also be contacted via Facebook Messenger. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner will be selected.

4. Prize Details & Pickup

  • The winner will receive one (1) free 5-gallon bucket of Lush Spring Lawn Fertilizer.
  • The prize must be picked up in person at OFS Lawn & Garden Fertilizers, 10866 Elberfeld Rd, Elberfeld, IN 47613 during regular business hours.
  • The prize cannot be shipped and has no cash value or substitution.

5. General Terms & Conditions

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
  • By entering, participants agree to allow OFS Lawn & Garden Fertilizers to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes.
  • OFS Lawn & Garden Fertilizers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in the event of technical issues or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of OFS Lawn & Garden Fertilizers, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
